At Printgearreview, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are available for printing errors, defective products, or damage during shipping.

  • Custom designs and approved proofs are non-refundable unless a production error occurred.


2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@printgearreview.com with your order number and issue details.

  2. Provide photos of the defective or damaged product for verification.

  3. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


3. Exchanges & Reprints

  • In many cases, instead of a refund, we may provide a free reprint or store credit.

  • ⚠️ Refunds are not provided for user errors such as low-resolution files, typos in artwork, or incorrect order details.


4. Governing Law

This Refund & Return Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to refunds or returns shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
